No. Using our designs for print-on-demand is prohibited. This includes uploading to Printify, Printful, Spoonflower, Gooten, and others. Using our designs to order items in bulk to sell in your online or brick-and-mortar store is allowed and encouraged. We hope to foster relationships with other small businesses that allow both of our businesses to grow and prosper.

Please reference the specific product listing. We typically use 300 DPI wherever possible. Our seamless patterns are typically created at 12"x12".

Artwork is Intended for PERSONAL USE and COMMERCIAL USE. COMMERCIAL USE is LIMITED to use for END PRODUCTS for sale (not for transfers or fabric) up to 500 units. Use for Print on Demand Items is Prohibited. Use for Overseas Manufacturing is prohibited. Uploading this design to sell on print on demand fabric websites is Prohibited. File Sharing, distribution, editing and reselling digital files are strictly forbidden. Using our design to make any type of digital download product is Prohibited. Digitally reselling this design in any way is Prohibited. By purchasing this listing you are acknowledging that you know how to use this file. By purchasing you are agreeing to these Terms of Use.

Due to the nature of the product, we do not allow returns or exchanges for Digital Products.

Digital products are only digital. They will be available for download after purchase. No physical products will be sent. Photos of physical products included in the listings are mock ups of example products that can be created with the digital product (ie. seamless design or clip art, ect). We think this is an important way we can help you visualize how the art would look on a final product.

Please reference the specific product listing. We typically use PNG's for our seamless patterns. In the event that a product listing includes several files or a large file, the files may be delivered in a .zip file. Zip files typically need to have files extracted before accessing. There are many different methods to doing this that are very simple. Please only purchase products that include zip files if you know how to work with zip files.

YES! We would love for you to use our artwork on products for your small business. For example, using our seamless patterns to create tumblers, bows, clothing, home decor, ect is what it is meant for. The purchase of one of our designs includes a commercial license for you to create and sell up to 500 units. We don't want you to upload our artwork to print on demand websites (ie. printify, printful, spoonflower, amongst others), and to sell print on demand products with our art. We also don't want you to use our artwork to create your own digital art or digital products to sell. Selling clipart that is made from using our artwork is not ok. For example, filling text letters with one of our patterns and then selling that design as a digital art file is not allowed. However, filling text letters with one of our patterns and then directly selling a shirt or other physical product (not via print on demand) with that design on it is perfectly acceptable. Again, getting our artwork printed on a bulk purchase of inventory for your online or brick-and-mortar store is great.

We currently do not offer custom changes to artwork designs or colorways, or commissions. The exception is on specific product listings that allow for the customer input to add a customization to the product (ie. Names, dates, ect).

No. Midnight Bear Design Co. artwork and designs are all hand drawn for the love of art and creativity.

To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
